Just do a good job?

If you don’t know the value of your work/job, can you do a good job?

If your organization is full of those people, can your organization be a good one?

I would more or less show the whole picture, and point out where is the job/work in that picture, then discuss about the role’s responsibilities. Let people think the impacts on whole system while they try to improve their own work.

It’s hard. It’s easy. It’s simple. It’s complex.

Just Do It!

    Er, it’s not for myself, I’ve no problem. I was just thinking that why enterprises suck, if their people do not realize their value, can the enterprises be success while their workers just do the work?
