1.         感官(SENSE):经由知觉刺激,提供美学的愉悦、兴奋、美丽与满足。

2.         情感(FEEL):创造消费情境,使消费者对公司品牌产生情感。

3.         思考(THINK):鼓励消费者较费心于较创意的思考,促使他们对企业及产品重新评估,达成『典范转移』。

4.         行动(ACT):创造与身体相关的行动经验,与生活形态产生连结。

5.         关联(RELATE):本质在使人们经由品牌,与其他人、甚至整个群体及文化有关联。
